hidden charges and rude staff From: tamreddy Date posted: 5/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 1 response   i just called up the apartment customer care and was shocked the way they treat the first time customers. I was first kept on hold for ages and then got hang up. I saw the apartment listed in www.Forrent.com. the prices that they show on the website are not the right ones, neither the pictures relate to what they show u in the end. when questioned about that, they say its not with the apartments they show on the website but with some other apartment they dont even mention on the website. While enquiring about the apartment they were only interested in diverting me to rent with a different one. I wish they had proper manners on the phone and complete knowledge about what they show on the website and what they come up with later.
