Let me tell you, the management here will maximize their profit at your expense if you do not watch out. They chose to claim that they had not offered us a clause at the time of our lease renewal that would allowed us to break the lease for $500. After acknowledging they had not offered it, they still would not extend us the terms of that agreement! Even when we would abide by its stipulations,[$500 fee/60 day notice.] They promised to put our apartment "on the top of the list" for prospective renters. I pushed the unit through a rebate offer on Craiglist, and several interested parties told me the unit was NEVER offered to them! Of course not, why rent an apartment that is under contract' I called posing as an interested party and my vacant unit was only mentioned after I practically named the unit number...and after I was initially told no units of the type were available! If I was not caught up in the logistics of a new job and a move I would sue them immediately. They cost me thousands. I could go on about shoddy construction, noisy neighbors, silly pool restrictions, etc. but you get the picture. Don't rent here or from their adjacent properties along Rt27.
