Reasons why I did not rent 1. When touring the fitness center, one of the machines had a sign saying "BROKEN SINCE APRIL". I saw it in July.
2. There were two different price sheets in the packet they gave me. One had rents that were $100-$150 /month higher.

WHy is there no FIOS HERE! I unfortunately live in an apt where I cant get Direct TV. It seems much of Franklin Park is wired with FIOS, why is this development not wired yet? I can NOT STAND to give COMCRAP CABLE ~200 a month for 25 HD Channels and 56K Broadband. Anyone have any answers?

Mostly satisfied Lived here since last summer and can say its a comfortable place to live. Apartment is pretty big with a large basement. Had good dealings with the office and repairmen. I like having my own heat & a/c system to control. Alarm system makes me feel safe, but you have to pay

1) Very rude staff
2) Service dept never responds to voice mails or phone calls
3) Clogged water in the basement
