The last post sounds like a college student who is thrilled with the freebies. It's not a freebie. You are paying for it in your rent. You only think you are getting something for free.
It's about time they got rid of the trash staff who brought this property down. But they would have to evict all the stockton students to make this property livable. If you are not a stockton student you will be kept up all night - every night

I certainly do not agree with this so called person. I think you were paid to write such a review! I live here and also called work orders in and get a timely response. The office staff have never told me that they do not want to be bothered. They actually helped me and find a babysitter.
