Once was a nice community. I think the couple who said it "wasn't too bad" worked for the community. It is horrible now and only got worse since 2004. If there is 1 sorrority house on the street--- than there are 20 girls yelling and screaming & partying all night long. We moved in in 2003 and have had enough. We have talked to tenants at their sister property by the mall & they also complain about the college students. All of Edgewood Properties have bad ratings from the tenants. May be an indication of how these "slumlords" do things, this place has gone downhill. Don't hold your breath waiting for repairs. Current management does nothing for the tenants. She is outside all day smoking and can't get anything right. Don't tell her you need a repair unless you want to fix it yourself. Don't waste your money here!!!!! aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
