Sunrise Bay has stepped it up!! There are new side walks at the entrance and new grass has been planted. Maintenance is answered in a timely manner and the office is easy to communicate with. I am very happy in my home and plan to stay a few more years.

I have to agree on the review given by goodmorning42! To help the OWNERS know what the employees hired are doing to damage the reputation of Sunrise Bay, I will be more specific. Lisa is very good to my family, shes very friendly and always there to accommodate RENTERS. My kids and husband noticed the rudeness of Rose and Jenny, particularly with how they make us all feel like we are BEGGARS every time we come and try to avail the supposedly breakfast facilities that was explained to us the day we moved in. They are both making renters like us feel like we are beggars for like what goodmorning42 experienced, beggars for stale bagels or a granola bar. We like the apartment and facilities but the owner should consider putting this in place or they will lose thousands of dollars and many renters that were treated poorly by Rose and Jenny. Me and my family will no longer come to your office and take breakfast, or shall we say, left overs. I also want to add, these employees that shows rudeness to renters are the same employees that probably finish the supply the company is paying for renters.

The staff in the office are v v impressive only for the new renters .They will present the best picture of it & even give u a v good welcome. The staff will outline ALL the eminities But once U r in they will take it easy cos they konw they are set atleast for a year now.
I have lived in this apartmant for five years now. But I am positive there is not going to be a sixth year.Only about last year (I am not sure exactly when)they started free breakfast they started off good &some staff before was v friendly &served the kids well with lot of patience &caring. But the current person(actually 2 staff members) in charge of the breakfast treat the kids & tenants very meanly. What started as a full breakfast has now come to be a granola bar & some stale begales with no cream cheese &coffee. No milk No juice Nothing, they act like the recepiants might as well be beggers. Trust me this is my personal experience. In hard times when all r struggling even a free snack is welcome. It is not the matter of offering good stuff it is the attitude with which u offer is important. Most of all it is Free &IT IS OFFERED TO THE TENANTS so they should not feel pain in giving ,like it is comming out of their pockets which I am sure it is not.IF U CANNOT AFFORD THE FREE BREAKFAST PLEASE STOP IT & STOP DEMEANING THOSE WHO COME THERE TO GET IT.If any existing resident has experienced this please post a review.OR IS IT JUST US THEY ARE DISCRIMINATING
