Having lived in The Crossings/Audubon Ridge for upwards of 2 year I have dealt with such inconviences as icy/ unsalted walkways and stairs, unplowed roadways and parking lots, lack of available parking as well as lackluster management, an absolutely horrible maintenance staff, increases in rent during a currently signed lease of which were a significant lower price. Many apartments are riddled with mold and fruit flies; AC, refrigerators and garbage disposals are ridiculously out dated and are a cause for higher energy bills and the water...well it just should not be trusted. This is without mentioning those who inhabit the apartments themselves. Noise from Wednesday thru Saturday is out of control, trash (i.e. old restaurant menus and mail, beers cans and boxes, hypodermic needles and crack vials) blow throughout the complex. Needless to say living in trashy Glassboro is bad enough, now it is compiled with Audubon Ridge, which is as you have read, a complete dump. I would not recommend anyone moving into this terrible money pit, because in all honesty these are serious complaints that will never be addressed. Sorry, stay on campus and put your money back into the college community where it belongs. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
