Satisfied Tenant - Lived here for a year and a half and just renewed my lease for next year (2012). Yes, its primarily college kids here but if you can keep to yourself, pay your rent on time, and are polite to the staff, it's a good place to live. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Park Crest Village-Treated Me Well I stayed at Park Crest from 2008 to 2009. I found it to be a pleasant place and had a good experience. The people in the office remembered me and my roommate when we stopped in and they handled any repairs pretty well.
I would definitely move back if needed

DO NOT RENT AT THE CROSSINGS The management takes many liberties in this complex because just about every apartment is rented by students. They take advantage of this, and do the minimum to maintain the buildings. The response of the office staff is terrible and security is horrible.

Sooooo! Happy with the change I new a lot of people that lived here before and had some bad things to say, but I heard they were under new management so I gave it a shot, I love my new apartment it is roomie and comfortable and the office and maintenance staff have been great, I got one

AWESOME!!!! This place is heaven! Being a college students you won't get treated better anywhere else. The staff is friendly, the maintenance gets done on time and properly. Parking is not great, but you always get a spot. The pool could be a little cleaner, but all the amentities

Horrible! Stay away unless you like roaches! I had mold that never got properly attended to. The landlord never helps you and has the biggest attitude in the world. The one maintenance does not know how to do anything! I have no idea how he got his job. The last straw was a roach infestation!
