Sooooo! Happy with the change I new a lot of people that lived here before and had some bad things to say, but I heard they were under new management so I gave it a shot, I love my new apartment it is roomie and comfortable and the office and maintenance staff have been great, I got one

AWESOME!!!! This place is heaven! Being a college students you won't get treated better anywhere else. The staff is friendly, the maintenance gets done on time and properly. Parking is not great, but you always get a spot. The pool could be a little cleaner, but all the amentities

Horrible! Stay away unless you like roaches! I had mold that never got properly attended to. The landlord never helps you and has the biggest attitude in the world. The one maintenance does not know how to do anything! I have no idea how he got his job. The last straw was a roach infestation!

It's not so bad. This is a decent apartment complex. There's not a lot of noise, it's right across the street from Rowan and they allow cats. The only bad thing is the property manager. She's tow crazy with cars that park in her spot. I don't know anyone who hasn't

Not worth it The complex makes promises and timelines that it can not keep. For example a clubhouse that was suppose to be done in the fall 2005 they are just starting to work on now. Maintence uses quick fixes and does not do quality repairs and your car is not safe in the parking lot
