Eagle Rock is a hole in the wall, disguisting place that is infested with ants. Everything the maintanence men touch they screw up even more. Parking is a nightmare, with no actual lines to park betwee, it's a free for all!!! Had my car radio stolen twice. Don't feel safe. Freezing cold in the winter, heat barely works. During summer very hot, due to cracks and holes near windows. Atic opens into closet and in foyer, perfect way for people to break in. People who used to live here told me that happened to them. Unhelpful office personnell. Overall a complete DUMP!!!! Cheap rent, but it's not worth the money you spend in spoiled food the ants get into. Maintanence won't even help with this problem.
