My first experience was in a one bedroom, it wasn't so bad, wasn't the best but I really didnt have any problems. Parking was most of the problem but I had no roaches no ants. When my family expanded & transferred to a two bedroom, our nightmare begun!!! We moved into a ant, termite & roach infested hell hole. It was horrible they were everywhere!!! Maintance men are lazy, and arrogant!! When we moved into our two bedroom they didnt even change the towel seat......yuck, I had to address it before they installed a new one. I haven't any issues with the police or any problems with my car or appartment getting broken into, and it wasnt too noisey for the most part it was kinda quiet besides the kids in the summer. I first lived in building 2 & would move back if I had to, as for our two bedroom it was in building 6 & I would never live there again!!

I've been a tenant at Eagle Rock Apts. for over 6 years and I have to say it's a very nice and quite place the staff is very nice and maintenance do a really good job in response to roaches and ant's and I never had a problem with that issue and I live in a 2 bedroom with my family it's very nice in the summer and they have been doing alot of cosmetic work on the outside and they are renovating the apartments besides that rent is cheap I think this place is not as bad as they are making it seem it's nice it's quite and not alot of people know about this place.
