A Wonderful Building - I live in Summit House and love it. I have lived here for over 20 years. It's a very comfortable place. The walls are so thick, you cannot hear a sound from other apartments. Laundry room on every floor. NY buses in front of building. A great heated outdoor swimming pool. Views of Hudson River and NY skyline. The people are very nice. There are dogs from all over and people from all over. You would think..how nice? kid yourself not!!
They make your stay a living hell..

toilet broke? wait a week to fix filthy and disgusting lobby and hallways. under construction for 7 years and still looks horrible - maintenance increased 30% in 2 years to pay 20 million loan to fix building - rent is sure to go up - garage under construction and with inches of dust on cars
