A full service gym is available at $70 a month the cleanest gym you will ever see. Great expensive restaurant with a bar/club to pick up rich older women. This is a place that I think pricing keeps the rif-raf out. Apartments are nice top quality appliances, but very cheap caninettes. Bathroom has marble. Nice fake wood flooring. Noise is a problem if you have a noisy tenant above you. Management and maintance are top notch. If living in a place where everyone is high-end is important to you and you do not mind paying inflated prices this is the best complex you will find. I would say the service you receive is like a 5 star hotel.
