The Pierre Apartments

Rent is too expensive for what you get From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/11/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   The building definately needs some sprucing up. The gym is unusually small. The hallways are not beautiful, nor is the outside of the building. Recently, a buzzer system has just been implemented. The doorman can no longer let people in. I have to buzz them in from my apartment, like a tenament building. For $1875 a month, it is not worth it. One last thing, to enter the covered garage, you have to stick your arm out the window and match the tag on your key chain to the to the machine on the wall in order to open the garage door. I find it to be annoying and impractical, especially considering parking costs an extra $100 a month. Finally, I really belive you should think twice before moving in because I am not the only unhappy resident leaving at the end of the lease. Thank you.
