The owner/management company is very unresponsive. No phone calls, letters or e-mails responded to. The superintendant is incapable of handling such a large building and is overwhelmed to the point of knowing no other answer but "no" to any request. ... more
I regards to the comment below, I also had an issue with them getting me for a check for $75 dollars and they never called. I should investigate this with my attorney.
The building has old fashioned forced air heating, which causes lots of dust. There is no temperature control in the apartments so you have to do without air conditioning no matter how hot it is until the building decides to ... more
