01/16/14 by Verified Resident: It has been pretty quiet so far. For the amount that one is paying to live in this area I would say it's pretty good. The apartments hallways and lobby areas are clean for the most part. The only thing is more lighting for the parking area in the back. more

05/08/14 by anonymous: There is a new black guy moved in on level 9 , excelsior 1 and he stands semi naked on his balcony drinking Alcohol on the sideways for long time and he snoops into our apartment. This so scary, disgusting and horrible and you cant do anything about it and he continues to do it with impunity. Cant wait to leave our apartment now, we have been living here for couple of years now with no issues more

10/09/14 by anonymous: We recently moved into our apartment and are happy. We are excited to continue our journey here. We enjoyed looking with the leasing lady. She was really nice and helpful. We narrowed down our search to (2) apartments and chose this one. The price was right. The leasing lady made it exciting and fun for us. If anyone you know is looking to rent a nice inexpensive place they should definitely more

06/06/14 by MollyGarrett: My husband and I have lived here with our dog for about 14 months. We are in our late 20s and moved to the area from Baltimore. I don't typically write reviews but I felt compelled to defend the apartment manager. Connie has been nothing but helpful while we have lived here. In calling her, she picks up the call 90% of the time and if she is unable, she has always called back within 24hrs. more

01/03/14 by anonymous: This is probably one of the worst apartment experiences that I've ever had. We lived in the Towers, which as many reviewers have said, is an attractive building but very overpriced. On the positive side, the lobby is welcoming and the staff at the concierge desk is usually friendly and helpful. The location is also quite good, especially if you work in the area (the hospital more

09/06/14 by anonymous: Very affordable housing and the 9 foot deep outdoor pool is a huge plus. The building is very safe and neighbors are quiet and curteous. Great parking spaces, full Garage & very large outdoor covered and uncovered parking spaces. However the Management can be very rude at times & frequently make mistakes with rent payments. The apartments are bachelor pad material, with cheap rugs, & outdated more

04/02/13 by anonymous: Moved here a year ago and love every minute of it. Great people, kind and friendly staff ( always willing to assist) and feeling of saftey. Units are large, clean and have not seen a bug yet and dont think i will. A/C and Heat are the best part, they are included as well as the pool and large parking spots. Ronnie and his crew are the best, if i call for repairs, they are there more

11/17/11 by nikkidp: It is sooooo expensive and just goes up each year! I have a one bedroom, which is nice, but with an $80 a month outside parking spot I pay $1750 and if I renew my lease in February it will be $1790. They don t take care of the pool, it was literally green for the last 2 weeks of the summer and instead of fixing it they just closed it! For that much money I want to use the pool on a more
