I've lived in the Alexandria complex since 2003 and I've been very happy here. Naomi was the manager when I moved in and she was always very nice and polite. Maintenance was amazingly fast and when my dishwasher died in the middle of a load of dishes, they came by within 20 minutes and issued a new one which was put in two days later. They plow the snow immediately and lay down salt daily during the winter. They maintain the grounds which are exceptionally beautiful, in my opinion. My only complaint is that trucks use the complex as a U-turn and make a lot of noise going over the speed bumps at 40 miles an hour in the middle of the night. I've looked at other apartment complexes in the area and this one is by far better than the others, especially for the amount of rent they're asking.
