If you like to live among beer bottles and cigarette butts all over the property, then this is your place. It is very difficult to get your apartment fixed. For the price it is not worth it. Loud parties to wee hours of the night are the norm. Rude neighbors and no assigned parking is a big problem. New windows but very old slider doors. The plus is that the rooms are big and heat and hot water is included. Wouldn't want to pay the gas bill due to leaking sliders which makes it very cold in the winter. Apartments are considered completely renovated but the walls are cracked, leaking ceiling on first floor and old outdated bathrooms are what you get.
