Maintenance takes forever to respond, if they respond at all. The woman at the desk does not pass on messages to anyone and is unresponsive to calls or questions asked, if you can even get through to their phone line in the hours the office is opened. Parking is alright, however in recent months several people have taken advantage of the few handicap spots available, taking them away from those who truly need them. When I first moved in several appliances in my apartment were not working and the floors had been freshly re-done and not cleaned off first, trapping dust and even a few coins under the floors coating. The no pet rule is kind of a joke and I've seen several dogs and cats around. The laundry facilities are a joke, once you put your clothing in the washers the detergent usually leaks out the back almost immediately after it is put in. As long as no appliances break, this place is okay.
