This in regards to Mary's Apartment. I warn you!!!
If you are young and have a life... do not rent this apartment. They want someone extremley quiet. QUIET AS A MOUSE!!! The lady below is a wack job. She seems nice at first but you will notice she is a "stalker." She stands and watches everything and everyone through her window. If you attempt to have a party, you cannot. Noise of any kind bothers her and her wack job husband. She claims they are both ill and she is recovering from cancer. She said, that it is her "quiet time." Well go to an OLD PEOPLE'S HOME... Apartment living isn't for everyone... but I WARN YOU. If you make any kind of noise the lady will get on your case. I went through hell living there. I love cats but her apartment area outside stunk like cat piss. My friends always complained of the smell. I can only imagine what it would have been like during the summer. ALSO Management sucks... they sided with Mary because she has been there 20 some years... and thinks she has rights for the apartment above. I was told that I can re rent an apartment within the complex and was prepared to. They evicted me after the first warning. I was sent a notice to vacate within 60 days and paper work claiming that I should pay $50 for a sheet of paper... KISS MY ASS!!! She continued to send paper work and make up stories saying that we continued to have parties. They did everything illegally to get me out!!! So I packed my ---- up and left. She got her way... however in the end so did I because I did not have to pay rent for the rest of the time being there. Management sucks, the people there suck... and when it comes to grounds keeping during the winter... they barely plow. The sidewalks are always covered in snow and ice and sometimes they don't get to plowing until 12 or 3 pm.
I warn you....... DO NOT RENT AT ALEXANDRIA. It is a community for OLD PEOPLE...
