Pro:
1. Affordable rent
1a. 1.5 month rent free
1b. Heat and hot water included
2. Spacious
3. Ample parking
4. Nice landscaping
5. 5 min to daily everything

Con:
1. Rt80 EB-morning WB-evening rushhour traffic
1b. Rt46/10 alternative is not any better. The better solution is to avoid busy hour commute if could.
2. Old construction, nothing special itself

You are full of it! My heating bill in a one bedroomer was over 160 a month in this hell hole. You would find it nice because you probably lived in the Projects before you moved to Mansfield. There is nothing nice about the place! The Management is Retarded, The office staff Rude, The Maintenance people are all ex cons
