If you like to live in Hell, this is the place for you! There are giant house centipedes in every apartment, stray cats galore, families (yes plural) of skunks, Canadian Geese everywhere, along with their poo. Crappy landscapping(if there is trash on the ground before they are supposed to mow the grass tehy leave it there and rip it up into little pieces and leave it all over). It took the maintenence men 3 MONTHS to fix a leaky shower they had left plastic on the walls of the shower and told us to leave it there until they came back, the only reason they came at the end of the month was because the neighbors noticed the leak again because we tore down the plastic, and it still leaks into the downstairs neighbors bathroom.
Loud neighbors everywhere. You can close every door, and window in the apartment and yet there is still a breeze that can move all the curtains. there is NO insulation at all (I checked). There are critters in the attic, and the office doesn't care. Kitchen faucet and bathroom faucet leak, no one will fix them. The "in unit heaters/air conditioners" do not have the right wattage to work without blowing fuses and starting fires.
The base board heating is a complete joke and does NOT work. However the neighbors heat wont turn off in the winter.

I could go on like this all day long...

If it was as bad as you just said, then why would you choose to live here? Were you blind? Did anybody force you to do so? As a general rule of apartment living, you should NOT leave your garbage bags on common ground!

i know exactly how you feel if i get the maintence guys at all i'm happy of they show up not high or just coming off of a drug deal. I'm pretty sure they don't do backround checks on these people and th erude ass office is part of the problem as well, two ------- in the office that are clueless to what is going on around them...
