This palce is not too bad, yes there are big house centipeded everywhere, but they are taking care of them by sending an exterminator. I have lived in this area for a while and it is just the area. Maitance is a little slow, but there are a lot of units and these are older buildings. The price for this area is great and there is a good size kitchen, bedrooms and closet and the shower pressure in the bathroom is great. When we moved in the carpet was brand new, just the paint job and cracks in the wall was a little displeasing. It is aslo by anything you could possible need, we're in walking distance of food stores, a gym and home depot with a nice size movie theater down the street.
