In the six plus years i have been living in Mansfield Village I have NEVER had a problem that has not been resolved in a forthright and professional manner. The entire staff should be commended for their promptness, courtsey and profesionalism.
When a problem does arise or a question needs to be addressed if maintenance staff is already busy YOU MUST give them more than a moments notice to rectify the issue.
Also, when I call the rental office for assistance she is always kind and respectful to any situation I might have and addreses my issues promptly.
I have no problem recommending Mansfield to ANYONE that needs a PLACE TO LIVE. My friends and children have also moved here and enjoyed.
So, for all the ill comments, PLEASE IGNORE

thats pretty funny. I guess you dont mind your family living in a dump and your so called "maintainance" not knowing how to handle even the slightest repair. This complex is a complete dump and needs to be updated to be worth anyone's time and money. Its a total rip off! And i wouldnt wish it on ANY of my family. They dont like to live with rodents, and lead paint chippings. My advice for you? Broaden your horizons! People deserve to get what they pay for! And just so you know, I've lived here for more than 10 years so i KNOW what I'm talking about from experience!
