I think this person is making this all up! I've been there going on 12 years and have never gotten this kind of customer service. So eaither you work there and are being asked to say things that are not true, or you do live there and are being paid to wright these lies'

First of all its , write not wright. Second, I had the same experience he had. My BF and I (yes I am a guy) had the same experience he had. I have no idea why some folks need to trash Mansfield Village. I can understand everyone has a bad day. But overall it was a wonderful living experience. Why trash us who enjoy and or enjoyed Mansfield Village? Thank you!
