I live in those apartments for 3 years and I suck it up just because the rent is cheap. It s true the costumer service from this complex is horrible. Do not expect the maintenance of your apartment to be done on time or properly. You will be better of by doing it yourself. During winter it gets really cold and it s cause the apartments have little holes all over it and bad insulation. There is a lot of humidity which causes the paint to come off from the ceiling. If you complaint about anything they will be very disrespectful and not do anything about it because the superintendent is the father of the handymen that works there and all his son s friends work there too. There is also a whole bunch of Canadian Geese that won t go away and pup everywhere and also around the garbage you will see a whole bunch of vultures. Oh I forgot to mentioned they are overpopulated by cats.

You are so luky you got out! I just don't understant why the maintenance guys have such bad attitueds? I've had to fix many things myself. Oh and it is drafty in the winter. They never insulated around the piping and outlets. I've hang a blanket on the inside of my front door to keep the draft out since the door are also not properly isulated and I'm in what they call the newer section.
