I moved into this place last fall, and will be moving out this fall. Went for days without heat and the owner just flat out doesn't care. They gave us some excuse about a problem with the boiler but the oil delivery guy told us that the owner was just too cheap to buy oil. Some customer service. I expected more from Haddonfield.

My mailbox has never locked and I have had mail stolen.

I understand he also has a place down the road on Kings Highway and the tenants also go through the same thing there! Stay away from this place. Its an over-priced slum.
