Experiencing what I have, I probably would not have chosen this place to rent.
I'm not going to sit here and pick apart every little thing - like dirty unvacuumed floors, the endless bang-bang-clang-clang of the radiators, cruddy exterior windows that have not been washed in years, poor laundry facilities, etc... (I do have more)
The management has been doing a lot of work around the building and I value their efforts. But sometimes, it's the details... All of the little negative stuff adds up and makes this place so-so instead of outstanding. It could be outstanding, but I don't feel that the owner really cares to make it outstanding.
Convenient location, yes. Beautiful safe neighborhood, yes. Does the Kingsway fit the image of this neighborhood, no.
