Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
I lived here 1999-Aug 2002 and had a pretty good experience. Maintenance was very good, and I usually had no trouble finding a parking space. The apartments are small, and you can often hear conversations on the other side of the bedroom wall, but in general I had no real noise problems. The heat can be difficult to handle, since you cannot regulate it yourself, except by opening and closing your windows. YOu share a front door with one other tenant, and you have your own inner door with lock & key. Grounds are reasonably well-kept. This is not a fancy place, no elaborate landscaping, and the buildings are pretty old, but solid. I cannot speak for the neighbors currently living there, but I really had no problems with people. Everyone seemed to keep to themselves. There were some teenagers and children. Lighting on the streets and in parking lots was adequate. The price is right.
