Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
Parking adequate, neighborhood generally peaceful, great water pressure in shower.
But...
Poor, sloppy maintenance. Repair things that aren't broken, do not repair things that are. Walls are paper thin. Can hear everything going on in the bedroom next door. Contentious and combative office staff. Lease terms are BS (60 days notice on a month to month lease'). Laundry in unit is a joke. Need to run dry cycle 10 times. Ugly carpeting/bathroom/kitchen. Always hot in unit (summer or winter). Dusty air conditioner. Bugs in unit in spring/summer. Smoke from neighbor?s cigarettes seeps in to living room.
