Great Location and Other Perks

I was only planning to stay 6 months. Well, I've been here for almost 2 years and will probably stay until I buy my first home. You can't beat the price for a two bedroom, and location is prime.
From the start, the manager of the complex was awesome! For a young single woman, safety is important. She set me up with a second floor, 2 bedroom unit which was in a great location within the complex. She wanted me to be safe so she put me in a location where a local cop lived underneath me. How much safer can you get'! Plus before I moved in, she told me there were going to be a lot of repairs with the fixtures of both the kitchen and bathroom and floor tiles, and it happened. Plus a new washer dryer was installed. I couldn't beat that! There are REAL hardwood floors throughout the whole apartment, which is a nice added feature. Plus, parking for me is never a problem. There area is very quiet, surprisingly with a school next to us. The streets are always clean, and downtown historic haddonfield is 5 minutes away, plus 295 is right out of the complex.
Some cons: Yes heat and hot water are free, however the heating is not able to be controlled from your apartment. So on less cold days, the heat is still very high. There is also plenty of hot water. However, there have been several water mane issues, where the water is shut off to be repaired.
** Maintenace takes FOREVER. You do have to keep on them. **
There is also no central air.
