Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
The management co. that runs this complex does not complete the work requested. We have been complaining about our heat for over a year now. Tonight the temperature in our bedroom is 62 degrees. Fortunately, this winter has been mild so far. Also, there is an issue w/ mold in the apartments. We have documented each request to correct these issues and are contacting the boro code enforcement officer in an effort to cure the issue. Furthermore, we are preparing a notice to the Better business bureau. You are paying for the location when you rent from this company.
