I lived here for a year and I couldn't wait to move out.
The heat is ridiculous in the winter as you can't control it yourself.
The parking is terrible if you come home after about 8pm.
The management is rude and unhelpful, and lies.
I was told that I had to pay rent after moving out because they didn't "receive" my written 30 day notice on time which was a lie, as I put it in their personal mailbox myself way before the 30 days was close.
Maintenance will come right in your apt. with no warning.
Good things: A/C in the bedroom, quiet area, washer/dryer in unit.
