The amount of parents that let their children play outdoors unsupervised is ridiculous! You can't have your windows open during the warm weather because of the constant screaming, yelling, out of control kids. A handful of the residents here could be labled as "white trash" They are mainly the ones who don't give a ---- where their kids are. Police are a constant at their doors.
Don't plant any flowers outside either, unless you want them rooted up by some of these little derlicts. I don't hate kids, I have one, but just raised my children to be considerate of others unlike some of the dim witted morons that live here.
Now lets get on the subject of parking. IT SUCKS! If the management would get off of their asses and tow away the abandoned cars that litter the parking lots, the parking problem would'nt be that bad.
Maintenace: Maybe if they spoke english, ---- would get fixed around here. You call about a leak and get your blinds replaced. Providing they went to the right apartment that is. Duct tape is a common solution for these sorry excuses for "maintenance men."
The maintenace supervisor is an arrogant, pompous, self important schmuck who will show up in your apatment unannounced, talk down to you, and on occasion insult you. Why he still works here is beyond me.
This place is beginning to take on the appearance of a ghetto. I guess thats why there is a lot of "ghetto trash" moving in here. Which would explain the drugs that get sold at certain apartments. So, if your into drugs, this place will work out just fine for you.
Squirrels: Scurrying in the ceiling morning, noon and, night with the occasional one or three inside the walls. That problem never goes away.
Dogs: They let dogs in, I love dogs but some of the inconsiderate people who walk their dogs need to learn these five words "pick up the dog ----!" Nothing like stepping into a nice little ---- bomb left by the curb beside your car.
Thus the saying, "You get what you pay for"
