I've been here for almost two years now and I want to let people know what a nice complex this is. The apartments are somewhat older but in great shape and kept that way by a very competent maintenance team. Management is very responsive to tennent concerns and works hard to maintain a high level of professionalism. I would recommend The Village Of Haddonfield to anyone looking for quality apartments at an affordable price.

Professionalism of maintenance staff? LOL. you mean the ones that don't speak english and use their key if you tell them to hold on because you are getting dressed after a shower. RIGHT........ The competant staff who left my neighbor downstairs w/out a working stove for three years. The ones who fix a monthy plumbing problem w/ liquid plumber rather than actually having a professional come in? and if in great shape you mean 15 layers of LEAD paint in every room sounds great.. NOT WORTH THE $915 a month we were paying.

I agree that this is a nice place to live. I have never had a problem with the maintenance staff. They have always taken care of everything in a timely fashion. If your neighbor did not have a stove it is her own damn fault. He/she had every right to deduct it from the rent. Shame on him/her.

Please this place is a dump. I think that the manitance people are handicap. Nothing is done right. The upgrades. What upgrades there cheap little tiny stoves or there little fridges. They dont even have stainless steel come on its 2009 white kitchens were in the 90s. Dump management is the worst they should fire the manager betsy and let the other girl take over at least she does something. Sorry but its true.
