Poor management What a joke this place is. Inept management and incompetent maintenance staff. They don't do any work while you live there and then charge you after you leave without providing an itemization of work being done. Only 2 good things about this place are the price and location.

Unfriendly manager, too-few maintenance workers, unfriendly neighbors. I've been living here nearly 3 years, have paid my rent religiously, and am still treated with disrespect whenever I talk to the office. The office will do NOTHING about noisy or disrespectful neighbors

Infested with Mold, Fungus and Bugs The town of Haddonfield and it's residents must look the other way when they pass this pig sty. Do not rent here the heat is never on and the management is out to lunch!

Awesome property. Best Address in town I moved into the Manor last year and am super impressed with the professionalism of the management company. I am always helped out by the staff including carrying groceries into my apartment.
They really run a first class operation!!

Biggest mistake of my life I had to move from my home because of the people they move in. I spent a year calling the police. The cigarette smoke is terrible and there is no ventilation or protection for those of us who don't smoke. One of the worst living situations I have ever experienced.
