New but lovin it - I am a new tenant to Kingsway and when I was initially looking at Kingsway I saw this site and the crappy reviews. I took it into consideration but I went to see the apartment and the building was too beautiful to pass up. Not worth what you pay! I've lived here for almost a year and I must say I am less than satisfied. I have lived in a few different apartments and this one is very old and dingy for the price you pay. You're really only paying for the Haddonfield name but this is the ghetto of Haddonfield.

Dont live here I lived here and I regret it. To say the staff is unfriendly is an understatement. They are rude and even mean. Also maintenance is a huge problem. Good luck if your refrigerator breaks or the heat doesnt work. As far as I am concerned, each resident is just another sucker

Prospective Tenant I dont infact live at Haddonfield Manor ( I live at Kingsway) but I almost moved there ( they didnt have a 2 bedroom at the time) however when I walked through Haddonfield Manor I was amazed by its charm. It is very similiar to Kingsway but these buildings are so well maintained.

Still Exceptional I've been here for over two years now and I want to let people know what a nice complex this is. The apartments are somewhat older but in great shape for their age and kept that way by a very competent maintenance team. Management is very responsive to tennent concerns

Poor management What a joke this place is. Inept management and incompetent maintenance staff. They don't do any work while you live there and then charge you after you leave without providing an itemization of work being done. Only 2 good things about this place are the price and location.

Unfriendly manager, too-few maintenance workers, unfriendly neighbors. I've been living here nearly 3 years, have paid my rent religiously, and am still treated with disrespect whenever I talk to the office. The office will do NOTHING about noisy or disrespectful neighbors

Awesome property. Best Address in town I moved into the Manor last year and am super impressed with the professionalism of the management company. I am always helped out by the staff including carrying groceries into my apartment.
They really run a first class operation!!
