Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2003
 
The apartments are old and moldy. The maintenance does not fix damages, only band-aid fixes. For example, after a flood, they did not replace the damaged walls and shhetrock, only painted them over. The tiles in the bathroom started to fall after a few months. The laundry area is dirty and after snow storms they do not plow
