the landlord/staff here wants to come in your appartment every month/few weeks. 1 week they wanted to come in for there 2 year inspection. Less then 1 month later they wanted to come in for the state's 5 year inspection. They come to replace the filters in the heater at a seperate time, then 2 weeks later want to come and check the batteries in the smoke detector. our vent for the living room doesn't open, i asked them to check on it, 1 year later nothing. i pulled it down and it was just a little hole in the pipe and the flaps couldn't open because the pipe was in the way. we were promised a new door for our porch when we moved in(never saw it). over all they want to come in and check on you all the time and neer do anything you want
