I had a great experience with Kuser Village, and I really only have minor complaints.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, which makes a world of difference. As a young female, I felt very safe and never had to worry when I went to go to my laundry at night. Speaking of which, the laundry rooms are well lit and well maintained.
The only minor things I could point out is that we had wasps making a humble little home in our balcony (it wasn't screened) and the water pressure can be low sometimes.
OH! P.S.- avoid using the suggested cable company. They're STILL billing me a year after I moved out of the apartment!
