We are leaving Kuser Village with a heavy heart we have loved our time here. The staff is great and always promt to help us out with anything. Our oven drawer broke and they went out that day to get the part to fix it. It's tucked away in it's own little nook surrounded by forrest. Hamilton marketplace is a quick 5 minute drive. There is a free shuttle to the awesome Hamilton Train station that has saved me countless dollars in parking. Tons of closet space central air this is a great place to live. ONly negatives are that there is only one laundry facility we live right across from it but it would be a hassle if you had to drive over all the time. There is also a fire company near by so you hear their alarm probably once a week but it's very tolerable in noise level

Ive lived in Kuser Village for a little over a year. Im surprised to read that you have lived here for two years and think that there is only one laundry facility. You must live outside the main facility, but there is a facility in each apartment cluster. I can walk to THREE of them from my apartment. Also, I could count on one hand how many times I've heard or noticed the fire company. It is so incredibly minimal, that it isn't even worth mentioning.
