before moving here, I read the reviews on this site and sadly, certain things remain the same: the centipedes and the noise from the apartments near you. Being an older development, it must have been that sound proofing was a premium because you can hear your neighbors walking above you and you can hear them banging around in the kitchen or running water. I do like the layout and the fact that (at least) our unit has a w/d inside it, but I could do without the noise and the bugs. A plus (want to end on a positive note), the community is pretty quiet and the people are mostly friendly. We're close to routes 95/295/130 (great for commuters) and the train station is close by as well.
I'd only recommend because the close proximity to commuter hubs and the quietness of the community (i.e. the cops aren't constant visitors and there isn't any public drama out here).
