Dead Oak Manor From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response   This Place is Hell. Some one was shot to death right underneath my bedroom window. on a different occasion a person was stabbed. delivery people are afraid to come here, and the maintainence staff is unresponsive. also the rent keeps going up every year. can't wain to get out of here.
