The good things: Apartment is very nicely equipped - with central air, microwave, washer and dryer in the unit which is very convenient and a dishwasher. It also comes with mini-blinds and ceiling fan.

Bad news - Very small layout for a one bedroom apartment, dishwasher is an older model which never fully cleaned the dishes, air conditioner broke once, the roof leaked all over my new couch, big giant beetles constantly in the apartment and the service staff is average.

Way too much money for the trouble. And it was going up when I decided not to renew.
