I think that overall you would be smart in choosing this place to live. I currently have a 1 bedroom 1 bath 2nd floor corner apartment that is centrally located in the complex. I am really pleased not only with how super quiet it is where I am but also with the grounds, maintenance, amenities ( nice pool!), office staff, parking, and apartment quality. For only 965 a month I have an apartment with a new eat-in kitchen, w/d in unit, microwave, newer gas range, ample closet space ( including walk-in closet), balcony, and an open good-sized floor-plan. I think that this is a great price for what you get. My carpets were also brand new when I moved in and I only found a few minor problems when I moved in last December. The doorbell didnt work and the drain in my shower was clogged so severely that it took forever to drain and was still bad after a bottle of Draino max. They were quick coming to fix these problems, the clog was a little better and more manageable but the guy only replaced the cover of the doorbell and didnt replace the faulty wiring. It is still not fixed now but I am not bothered by it bc most people knock anyway. That would be the only issue Ive had so far and its really minor. I have great neighbors that are friendly and respectful (mostly older but that seems to be beneficial when it comes to noise reduction). The office staff was really nice and always remembered my name and were there to help whenever needed. Its also really close to a lot of highways, restaurants, and shopping!
