Apartment has one of the largest layouts I have seen. Very spacious and clean. Ample closet space with a walk in closet in the bedroom. Bathroom was small but cute - shower/water pressure quality was real good.

Front office staff are very sweet. Maintence Manager is a good guy and responsive but some of the other maintenance workers, in particular the older one, are snotty and very slow to respond.

The community is "older" so if you expect to see families and kids, this is not the place for you. But since most of the residents are seniors it's very quiet.

No outstanding features though - no dish washer, central air or modern kitchens. Also no sliding glass patio doors. Pretty bare bones in there but it's nice nonetheless.

Probably better values out there but if you want a quiet, spacious apartment in a nice landscaped setting, you may like it here.
