Great Place to live for anyone - I think that overall you would be smart in choosing this place to live. great apt for a low price great apartment setting....service is really really good... u have a problem and u call the maintenance and they will be at ur door in no later than 10 mints!!! excellent maintenance.... i would reccomend this apartment to anyone... quite...safe and neatly maintained

too quite nice, quite, spacious apt with walking closets in bedroom. lot of greenery, trees around. well maintained. feel like resort. altogether you would not complain anything related to the apt, safety or maintenance.
but too quite. mostly senior people. no kids no young people.

awesome place to live I lived at Barclay Village for 4 years, The office staff was incredibly helpful, The maintinence was always there when I need them, and anttime anything went wrong they always showed up quickly to fix the problem. I definetly would reccommend living there. Only

Excellent apartment complex Besides the fact that the rent is going up from 900 to 922 this year, Barclay Village far exceeds my expectations. Free heat hot water and cooking gas and a washer and dryer in the kitchen (no trips to laundrymat or laundry room). Great staff, haven´t had any

Not so great The good things: Apartment is very nicely equipped - with central air, microwave, washer and dryer in the unit which is very convenient and a dishwasher. It also comes with mini-blinds and ceiling fan.

Not bad at all Apartment has one of the largest layouts I have seen. Very spacious and clean. Ample closet space with a walk in closet in the bedroom. Bathroom was small but cute - shower/water pressure quality was real good.
