They advertise the complex to be in Hamilton but it is actually in Trenton. The complex is 1 block from a cemetery. The neighborhood is terrible. The rental office staff was inept and unprofessional. They are never there when you need them. Maintenance never ever responded to any call unless it was a major leak. They never plowed the snow throughout the winter. People had to clean in front of their own units. A management office owned by several brothers (all lawyers) runs the complex. They make you sign several documents waiving most of your rights and your right to sue them if you get hurt as a result of their gross negligence. For us, the year we spent there was the biggest mistake in our lives. If there is one thing I can tell you from the bottom of my heart, DON?T EVEN GO NEAR THAT PLACE.
