Wingate isn't that bad at all. Compared to all those other horrendous apartments out there, Wingate is pretty good.

The bad things that I notice are that, there are a lot of stray cats around in the summer, the water does turn brown sometimes, but that only happened twice this year, and when the heat turns on, there is this ticking noise.. which disappears after a couple of weeks, (either that or I stopped noticing it).

The good thing is that there are no pest problems, maintainance has been quick to fix my closet railing when it fell; the place is quiet, and relatively nice and cozy.

There is an A/C unit in the living room that is sufficient to cool down the apartment, but the bedroom would take 3-4 hours in 85 degree weather, but once you got it chugging on, it will maintain the tempertare.

Overall, compared to the apartments i've been scouring about, this is not bad at all. Wait till you check out those expensive, small, cheap ghetto apartments near new brunswick..ugh!
