Not "really" child friendly ~ have a family RUN, RUN AWAY

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
We've lived here 2.7 years while husband in School.
Yes the grounds are neat but the children are not allowed to play or have toys out...the ONE play ground has no place for the adults to sit to watch the children {i.e. the management does not really want children or families}
The pool, appliances and most floors are OLD.
We are leaving in July!
