We currently live here... We have had issue after issue. They don't enforce the carpeting rule well, so our neighbors upstairs STILL don't have carpeting 6 months later!!!! We can hear EVERYTHING they do!!!!!!

There are watermarks on the walls in the bedroom, there is a leak in our bathroom ceiling, which has led to MOLD... but Wingate insists on simply spackling and painting over it... we are close to having the Hamilton health inspector called in!

It took over 3 weeks to get our light outside replaced.

There is no assigned parking, so people from the other development park in our lot, so we often don't have parking spots.

Also, they cover your air-conditioner without telling you so you can't use it....

Honestly, it looks pretty (although they need more outdoor lighting), but make sure you get a 2nd floor apartment and call EVERYDAY to get things done.

Never had a problem during our stay here. Service was great,staff was polite, and apartment and grounds were very nice. Are you sure you're talking about the correct Apartment complex? I think you are confused!

Not confused. If you are going to live here, make sure you are getting the remodeled ones- they cost more, but you'll save yourself a dozen headaches.
