I lived here with two other girls while attending college. The complex was usually quiet, though we could hear our neighbors upstairs/next door if they were a little on the loud side. Parking was always plentiful, but not always that well lit. Maintance was prompt, but didn't always fix things the first time. We didn't have major problems though - our bathtub was slow to drain and the dishwasher sometimes leaked. Whenever we complained, someone would come out within the day to at least take a look.

Management was friendly, but we sometimes felt talked down to because we were "kids". Our rent checks were lost by the office 4 times in the 2 years we lived there, but the office always was accomidating in correcting that.

While it did have it's quirks and problems, it was newly updated, clean and quiet. Our neighbors were very friendly. Although the surrounding area is a little sketchy, the complex feels very safe.

For the price, it's an excellent option for college students and anyone who wants a clean, decent apartment without going broke.
